Guru Nanak Institute of Management, established in 1996, is one of the oldest institutes
run under the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee-an apex Socio-cultural Welfare
Organization of Sikh Community. DSGMC has been playing a significant role in providing
quality education to the youth of this country. With increasing demand for managers
and IT professionals in the wake of far-reaching economic reforms and forces of
globalization, DSGMC had set up GNIM in 1996 with a mission of fulfilling the needs
of higher education in the field of Management and Information Technology. There
is an intrinsic link between the dynamic scriptural values and the institutional
framework of Sikhism. Sikhism, being a vital religion, by its very nature, has a
powerful institutional framework to provide concrete shape to its values. GNIM is
one such institute which has always been instrumental in following the path laid
down by the Gurus, leading to a dynamic and vibrant way of life.

The PGDM at GNIM is 14 years old. The programme is ranked among the very best in
the country. This has been achieved over the years by a combination of three important
elements - a very rigorous admission process, followed by academic rigour and finally,
