Placement Process (PGDM & MCA )

 

         Behind every innovation, there is a concretely defined and clearly visualized objective. Our Institute being no exception to this fact believes its foremost objective to provide placements to one and all. Owing to it, an entire department of expert counselors and placement assistors has been dedicated to administer the placement opportunities among the students of GNIM.

Placement Activities

         The campus recruitment program aims to match the aspirations of the future corporate leaders with the expectations of the corporate sector. The placement activity is coordinated by the students, headed by the Placement Officer and Industry experts. The placement activity spreads over the year, and makes special efforts to groom the students them to face the corporate world.

 

Some Placement activities are:

         We have hired Professionals, agencies to train students for the following rounds.

 

 Career counselling by faculty and trained professionals in different functional areas from the corporate world.

 A structured Personality Developed Program, comprising of Group Discussion and behavioral skills, interview skills are imbibed by trainers and corporate alike.

 Constant evaluation and up gradation of General Aptitude and Technical Skills.

Placement Process

         The Placement program starts in the first week of November and is scheduled to continue concurrently with the academic activities and mutual convenience with the organization representatives from various organizations entail a presentation to appraise students about organization.

 

Presentations

         All audio visual aids such as LCD’s, OHP projectors, VCR’s T.V.’s etc for presentations are provided.

 

Technical Aptitude Test

         The Organization in order to judge the technical & general proficiency conducts a test. This test could either be an online or offline test. The Institute provides requisite infrastructure for conducting online tests.

 

Final Interview

         Students shortlisted after the tests are further interviewed by the panelists and are made final offers for joining.
